Eh; it was alright. I was still recovering from night before ;D. Ended up trying to smooth things other with girlfriend. She'd made me like, a Freshers memory board thing, pictures of us, friends all that and gone into my room and stuck it up. I had a proper irrational fear towards it (i'm not crazy...) and had to take it down :\

10.30, I think. I've got Queue Jump for Saturday because it's my birthday, and have been told 10.30 for then. We were just going to aim for before 10 so that everyone can get in free!

There's this business in the Kent Enterprise Hub (it's next to the Sports Centre) that sorts them out called like "Dodd's PC repairs" - he's a bit gruff but my computer needed restoring right in the middle of my final exams and he had it all fixed up in like 2 days. First I'd check the library second floor peeps though cos Kent IT department have laptop repair people for free (I believe) and the only reason I didn't use them was cos they're not available in third term.

Music that wasn't crap. If you are catering for a large demographic of students with different tastes in music, your best bet is to play mainstream songs everyone is bound to know, not hinky tonky crap.

Ok, so I barely remember Monday night let alone the music they played (other than Reach by S Club 7 at one point in Mungos?) and assumed they played mainstream stuff in the main hall...

Oh what, at K Bar? If you want to be a DJ, you can approach whichever bar interests you, IIRC.

Try K Bar first, I'm pretty sure they're happy to be approached. The guys at K Bar will also know what the situation is at other bars WRT DJing.
