Re: Kent chatMoved from about 28/29th to 22nd in a year though. It's not half bad(Original post by MrHappy_J)
Headline of Inquire magazine: "Kent going strong in league tables". Read further down the article and it's not even in the top 20

Re: Kent chat24th now. That is a massive drop though(Original post by MrHappy_J)
Shame that my subject area is way below that, and when I applied it was something like 8th in the guardian

I can't see where it is for my course as it's considered together with Archaeology too

I wonder what happened.
I think archeology at kent is well regarded. Top subjects I think are American Studies, Law (I think), Anthropology...can't remember the rest. -

Yea, archaeology and forensics (combined for some reason) is 18th which isn't bad going.
I can't remember the list either. Maybe classics? -

At the end of the day, we could be at a much worse uni. It's not all about the league tables

Re: Kent chatI know...still, you do have to wonder what caused such a dramatic drop in subjects such as psychology, in only two years. but compared to other unis were not doing badly.(Original post by Loz17)

Re: Kent chat
In case anyone doesn't know, you can't get your results on the SDS. You have to go to a different website.
http://www.kent.ac.uk/socsci/studyin...amresults.html
(Not sure if that's for all faculties) -
Re: Kent chatIt gives you a choice when you try and log into SDS anyway. I'd imagine it's the same for everyone.(Original post by jaydemikaela)
