I don't ever let anything 'hang out' and if I feel too much is showing I either pull down my dress/skirt or pull up the top.

When I go to a club I either wear a dress/skirt and show off my LEGS, not my bum and keep the top half covered more, or vice versa.
For every day wear I just don't care - but the same rule applies really.
