Hi my blog is called Today's M.A.N - the M.A.N stands for Modern. Affluent. Noticed. Its a blog targeted at men and cover Sport, Humour, Entertainment, Women and Fashion and Grooming.

I bring you Waffle Territory aka Confessions of An Emotional Harlequin. It began as a v. personal blog for my best friend then I began writing for her; THEN we turned it into a blog about the world&Islam from our points of view - two 16 year old female Muslims.

Also, I got bored with just having that blog that I opened another one called Casual Confidence. See here for the colour code of my posts - that particular page shows what I write about in the blog.
I basically review things such as lip balm/gloss, nail polish and various make-uppy type things; I give tips/advice and simple recipes. I've also added a new feature which is basically tips and advice which help burn fat/lose weight.
In short, it's the simplest things that you can do to build your confidence/make yourself look and feel good. The blog allows me to let out all the information that I withhold which can help people become confident!

Both blogs are a form of escapism more than anything else for myself

My Site is called the Black Flag - Alternative Music & Culture, and I'm actually trying to turn it into a business.

Even though I've been promoting live gigs and my own DJ/Club nights for years, I'm having trouble promoting my site as most forums etc wont allow you to post link to advertise and I don't think social media sites alone cut it, if you wanna recieve major traffic.

I like the mail chimp idea mentioned in this thread and will give it a try, I think the most important thing is to have as many links to your site/blog as possible, that way you receive a higher google rating...
