Student Loan payment

This might have already been asked but I'm in a bit of a hurry. On my application it says that my payment will be made on 05/09/2011, but from past experiences it is usually put in at midnight the day before

i.e. tonight at midnight.

Can anyone clarify whether this will happen?
I would greatly appreciate it! :biggrin:

Well I'm pretty sure that mine said it would be in on the 5th too but i just checked my online banking and its there already :smile:

Do you mind, is yours a grant or a maintenance loan? Or something else entirely?

It depends on how your bank works rather than the student loans company. Some banks show any credits due for Monday, on the Saturday (Natwest, RBS) other show Monday payments Sunday Afternoon (Lloyds TSB) and others will only show them on Monday.
