Not much more to add except they are changing the interview process this year and going for the mini interviews !!! They look mostly on your ps so make sure you have it word perfect!! You only have a limited amount of words so use them wisely as they use a credit scheme, so if you mark high then you have more of a chance of an interview! Good luck!!:smile:
