So I sent my papers like two weeks ago and UCAS track hasn't changed. Should I call them?

Hey! If you sent your papers in, you still have the academic requirement to fulfill in order for your offer to turn unconditional. If you have already achieved the grades and sent the results in, maybe you should call them to ask about it. It can't really hurt to confirm and get an answer!

Smh30 has said after ringing them up they won't be updating offers until June at the earliest, so I wouldn't worry about it!

    Heya,

I am not sure which of the health questionnaires need to be filled out and returned as I have yet to receive my vaccinations and won't be starting until after the 1st of June. If someone could just explain which forms they filled out and sent in the envelope I would be very grateful. Many thanks

I'm panicking slightly becuase i only posted thgem today ... hopefully they get there in time!!

I filled in all the forms as best as i could and booked an appointment with a nurse at my gp to give me a list of all the vaccinations i have had. Some bits like the pathology report for chicken pox, they didn't have, so i just ticked yes that i had it before.

Take photocopies of all of them so you can keep them. If you havent started the vaccines yet like me, just idicate it on the form. It says at the bottom that you can update the copy and bring it to the uni on your first day.

I put the health form in the white envolope, then in the brown.

Am i the only one that found the whole form filling really intimidating and actually made more complex then neccessary??

I'll be quite honest here. The form is a bit complex, but when asked people on TSR about it, I got the hang of it. I was a bit frustrated with the postal service here in Canada, who now can't seem to find my package. It's nowhere to be found, and they expect me to wait 90 DAYS to get it back. I had to take alternative measures, which was a bit of a drag. I'm just glad that's out of the way.

Don't forget the bring the yellow form on the occupational health day!

Same here! Did you by any chance scan your forms? I scanned mine incase they got lost in the mail, so I have copies, so if I just re-print mine i'm hoping it'll be okay

Thanks annoying!! You could just email them, I rang them up and they gave me that option (didn't do it though).

I don't think it is a big problem. As long as you kept a copy (either scanned or photocopied) it should be fine

So how's everyone doing - school's going well? I'm done school in about a month - can't wait for October!

    Best of luck everyone!

Reading these posts has got me a bit worried. I filled in all the forms as best as I could, and sent them all off in the same envelope. I didn't think I'd need to scan anything :erm: Think I'll give them a ring and see if they've got them fine. As for the yellow form, I was under the impression once you sent it to them, after checking through it they would have it there so you can take it to your OH day/ update if necessary. I mean it did say to send it to the specified address once you've completed it didn't it, or what would be the point in sending them out to us? Unless I completely missed something, it seems ages since I did them

Uh oh... Seems like I created a wave of worry for people. My apologies!

I think it's okay if you included the yellow sheet in the envelope. I will call the admissions office tomorrow to clear things up - I'm pretty sure it's not a big deal. Take a deep breath and relax

No worries I was kidding with you, my problem is not worrying enough :yep: I doubt there'll be much of a problem, I'll just ring them and if I've missed anything out, I can just update them on the OH day thing. Yeah going really well thanks, back to working again before I go off to America in two weeks to work at a camp for the summer. Can't wait Good luck with your exams, I'm sure you'll do well and not mess up like me the first time
