    Naa it's true. They bring courses together, just spoken to a mate at Liverpool and his course has 200 people on and they go together with other classes on some modules. Still only goes up to 400 though...

    900 people is no way to go. Like someone said, LSE are just whoring out for dat dere paper.
    Tru man. Raking in dem big money stacks at the expense of poor Michael's understanding of Euler's formulae

    I'm callin' fraudin on Micheal's 800 man lectures. Surely with all those student loans they can afford to pay some more professors and split lectures into smaller sections.

    800 man lectures is North Korea style education.
    lol brb e-statting about size of lectures. Gonna need proof now. Michael pullin a back double bi in front of an 800 strong crowd.. or it didn't happen

    Are you saying he is stuffing boxers up his anus to avoid anal sex with me? You do know that gay sex is not just about the the penetration of the anal cavity right? That would be an extremely formalistic manner of going about sex, what about the other orifices that the man has?

    I'm not weird, in my mind i am just utterly insane. But i'm actually a pretty nice guy at times, you should come out to Newcastle some time and we'd be best friends you and i.

    Maths Symmetry: Option for First year Chemists

    Room Capacity: 25

    It was just over half full.

    Very interesting topic about using Group theory to work out how moleculs interact etc but only about 1/6th of the year chose to do it and the rest chose BioChem...

    S'cos everyone knows biochem is easier than group theory:p:

    So glad we don't have to do group theory in engineering. Heard lots of maths students say it's an absolute bitch.

    It was intra molecular. How you could work out the exact molecular orbital diagram properly.

    And not doing it the "fake" way the organic chemists do with their "Hypervalent" atoms...

    If you're interested there's a good book on Symmetry and Spectroscopy by Bertolucci and Harris, Excellent read. :cool:

    Actually the biochem lecturer ended up being terrible and everyone on that course did terrible whereas i got 95/100/90 on my 3 peices of Group theory work...

    bRAH, how do i workout output if profit is given to me? also give me the function......i'm rubbish at maths and as your doing econ i thought you'd know lol.

    profit= 460

    price= 17
    fixed cost= 1200
    variable cost= 12

    was aimed at Michael, fail quote fail.

    Did you do pretty much exclusively point groups? Because groups in maths and the stuff chemists do seems to be pretty much mutually exclusive.

    The obvious guess would be that you get 5 per item(17-12), and need to make 1660(the fixed cost+profit), so 332 items.
