To blow my own horn a bit...

I've made sick progress over these past 3 months.

My squat was at 150x3 and I did 170x1 a few days ago. I even had more in me from the look of that video.
My bench was at 92.5x3 and today I'm hoping to hit 102.5x3.
My deadlift was at 165x3 and I've done 185x2.

Not 100% sure on when I did those before lifts as I had like a month between 20th September and October that I didn't blog anything but somewhere between them.

I think it's mainly due to two things:

    1. Really enjoying the routine I'm doing and I feel it works well.
    2. Just knuckling down and being quite dedicated with things. Little bit before 3 months ago I was feeling quite unmotivated and all. Changed that, feel a lot better.

Very nice work on the deadlift and especially the bench man. How long have you been training for in total?

I want to know how much i can realistically expect to put on my lifts next year.

Can't use my first year to help as it's all n00b gains then giant break then getting back to the previous n00b gains weights...

Looking through my log, similar gains in last 3 months to you michael. Except squat, don't think mine's skyrocketed like yours has, although a) I haven't tested new max in ages, been a good little boy doing my sets across, and b) I don't have superior leg genetics unlike thee

My squatting and benching is going nowhere due to poor technique. hm... About time I get serious about this.
Indeed michael has done impressive progress over the last 3 months.I reckon if he had given himself sometime to rest he would have easily made 175. Michael wasn't your PB like a 140 for squat back when we had the meet at bloomsbury ?

    Watching WSM on Five Demand.

Why doesn't Big Z use any leg drive for his presses? Of course he's freakishly strong and doesn't need to but in terms of setting higher WRs and all. Everything seems so, so strict.
