Cooey folks!

Recently, my psychologist recommended this Youtube channel to me as they talk a lot about a lot of what I'm going through. Some of you may even be familiar with this channel already.

These two girls are both in recovery from a range of mental health problems such as depression, eating disorders, BPD and PTSD also dealing with distraction techniques and coping mechanisms in relation to concentration, self- harm and so on. They've really made me feel differently about things and not quite as alone (as cliche as it sounds!).

I hope you all find it helpful. I just felt a bit silly reading a lot of what you're all struggling with knowing that this channel could help. They've arranged it nicely too, so it's easy to navigate.
