Obstetrics and gynaecologist course???

hiya everyone,
i just researched about what a postgraduate course is and the course itself and it doesnt seem like a lot of unis do this course :s-smilie: but a few colleges do

so my question is ..
how do i get in it???
cause currently i'm doing a BTEC Health and Social Care level 3 course and i'm planning to get into a midwifery degree and then hopefully do the obstetrics and gynaecologist postgraduate course.
will they let me cause i did BTEC???

and is medical ultrasound and Obstetrics and gynaecologist the same thing???

Echocardiography
Vascular
with it what are they???

I think get your degree in midwifery first, then worry about post-graduate education.
