    Is this a shirt?
So I was happily walking along, wearing this particular top, when a friend of mine pointed out to me that it isn't a shirt but a jumper (I had been wearing it as a shirt). Is he right? I'm suddenly worried I've spent the last month wearing a jumper as a shirt and no one has been telling me so and I've spent the last few weeks looking ridiculous. :holmes:

looks like a jumper, but also looks thin enough that you can wear it with nothing underneath if you want

    quite clearly a jumper haha.

I sometimes where jumpers with no t-shirt though, like if I'm just around the house. Looks fine, but yeah, its a jumper.

The stitching below the collar makes it look like a jumper.

its a jumper not a shirt, but i don't see how it would make any difference anyway, unless you wore it with a tie which would have looked stupid!

Its a jumper but there is nothing wrong with wearing a jumper with nothing else under it

Why would it be ridiculous... if you where wearing that as a jumper you wouldn't be able to see the t shirt underneath anyway.

I don't think he knows the difference between top and shirt either.

A shirt has buttons and a collar, so you definitely could not wear this with a tie. A top, like a tshirt is what you think this is.
