Student Village Internet

On the Brayford campus there is wired internet access in all bedrooms in the Student Village. To connect to this you will require a standard RJ45 network cable, if you haven’t got one of these when you arrive, they are available to buy in the University Shop on campus. There is also wireless internet access in all Student Village kitchens. On the Riseholme Campus wireless internet access is available in all student accommodation rooms.

Hey, may sound like a right geek here, but does anyone know what the internet is going to be like, is it wireless or will i require a cable to connect to it?

The internet in the student village has recently been updated to wireless so you wont need a cable.
