Geography or Town Planning degree?

I am currently studying Geography at A2 and I have a particular interest in human geography. I am in debate as to whether study Town planning or a human geography degree at university. Is thre anyone who study's either of the subjects that would be able to give any useful advice on which to choose?

Since I'm a planner anyway, I'll try and answer this one. I would recommend that you do an RTPI accredited town planning degree. You can then choose to go on to be a planner or do something else. If you do human geography and then decide to be a planner, I understand that you'll have to do an accredited Masters. Human geography probably has less focus on Britain and development matters but I think it's less useful as a first degree.
