Breakfast - Fruit and some yoghurt (or sometimes no breakfast and just snack on biccies or crisps in the office...)
Lunch - Leafy salad with tuna or rice/pasta with some sort of meat or veg
Dinner - Same as lunch really

Also snack twice a day on a range of fruit, cheese, crackers, cherry toms, hummus and veg. I try to drink as much water as I can but usually only manage like 4 glasses, and I'm trying to cut down on coffee at the moment.

    I'm 4"11 and weigh 54kg.

Re: GIRLS, what do you eat daily?
Breakfast - chocolate chip muffin and water
Lunch - if at school, tuna or ham sandwich with crisps and an apple or a pasta salad, if I'm left to my own devices at home it's anything ahaha
Dinner - some form of meat with vegetables
I snack a lot but I try to restrict myself to apples and crackers

I need to change what I eat, somehow put on two stone in five months

My eating pattern's changed since I last posted. Now I don't have breakfast or lunch. The when I get home from work I'll usually snack on something (tends to be crisps or fruit or bread or milkshake or cake), then I'll have one meal in the evening (anything really, something quorn with chips/potatoes, pasta, pizza etc.) and then more snacks in the evening. I need to stop snacking.

Breakfast: either 1 to 2 slices of wholemeal bread (with marmalade, scrambled egg, nutella, ...) or a small bowl of muesli and some milk.

Lunch: depends; I often make a salad, sometimes a bowl of soup, some leftovers, ...

Dinner: again, depends. I always eat a lot of vegetables, about two times week I add meat. I love pasta, but I try to vary it with rice, bread and potatoes. Pizza is my one weakness, so I tend to eat that about once a week (with a side salad, mind!)

In between and after dinners I
    - drink a lot: about 2 litres of water, a glass of fruit juice or smoothie and a diet coke a day
    - eat yoghurt and fruit (especially when there's something nice in season)
    - occasionally snack on cookies or cake when I've been baking

I'm 1.70 metres tall and weigh 61.2 kilos

I'm around 5'6" and weigh 113.5lbs. I've been working out in my freetime for around three years now, for fitness rather than weight loss, so I'm heavier now than when I started because I've gained weight in muscle.

    I eat 3-4 meals a day:

    • I never skip breakfast - I love a good fry-up (although I usually settle for an egg+sausage sandwich) but I eat scrambled egg or cereal, usually Tesco Fruit & Fibre, on college mornings or when I plan to go to the gym early. Crumpets are a nice alternative.
    • If I'm out then lunch is usually several portions of fruit plus some cheese (Babybel = obsession) and a chocolate biscuit/cake bar (eg: Jaffa cake bar or a Penguin are my favourites) - or if I'm at home at lunch it'll be something like a baked potato with cheese, a bowl of potato fritters or a salad sandwich with crisps.
    • When I get home it'll be a big meal: usually something containing meat (or a quorn substitute) or fish - with either potatoes, veg, rice or pasta. My favourite meals are spaghetti bolognese and chicken madras and I'll have at least one serving of each of these every week. Or if it's a Friday I'll eat takeout (either a 12" pizza or calzone, or more likely I'll eat Chinese food) and I'll usually eat the leftovers for lunch on Saturday afternoon.
    • If I go to the gym then I'll eat a fourth meal too. Sometimes it's small like instant noodles, other times it'll be a full meal.
    • Then usually some toast, yoghurt or something sweet like cake, chocolate or ice cream before bed. Add in mince pies around Christmas because I'm in love with them.

    I'm 6ft 1' (stupidly tall i know) and weigh 63kg / 139lbs ish.

Breakfast: Cereal (usually M&S Apple & Cinnamon Crunch or Fruit N Fibre) with milk

Lunch: Depends.. I love Peanut butter & Jam Sandwichs or a Cheesey wrap or Falafels in pitta always with yogurt for after!

Dinner: Pasta bake with cheese or veggie curry with rice, naan bread and bhajis or fajitas with quorn pieces, veggies, avocado and cheese. Sometimes have a pudding like blueberry muffins or apple crumble or rice pudding.

Snack: Chocolate raisins, lattes, fruit juice, chocolate or sometimes a bit of fruit - depends on my mood and the weather! At the moment it's ice creams I keep having. I have 2 snacks a day usually

I go through phases of needing 3 square meals a day (at least) and barely eating or just snacking.
For example, yesterday for breakfast I had scrambled eggs on toast, and then because it was so hot I wasn't really hungry and just had like 5 crackers with paté

I must ea too much. My weight has been steadily climbing. I think half the problem is, at the end of the day, I am so tired I just sit. I have a balanced diet. But I do like digestive biscuits. I have recently had to take a course of steroids and have put on exactly One stone in weight ( it is worse in kilos). I have stopped the tablets now and I am losing the pounds, but I am Massive. I am too embarrassed by my size to go to the gym, and swimming would be ok if there were other whales at the pool. I am very depressed about my weight

    5'2 , 8 & half stone.

breakfast, 3-4 cereal bars and a cup of tea

lunch, potatos, fish or meat, some veg, enough to fill a plate

dinner, a large slice of cake or something else sweet like pastry alternative and a cup of tea, and some fruit.

I probably have too much sugar in my diet.

some of these meals on here don't look very substantial. aren't there more important things to be thinking about than food. not healthy for the mindset...

Breakfast: 30g Cornflakes and a pot of Activia Raspberry yogurt. Black tea. I can't do milk!
Snack: a square of chocolate, handful of tomatoes.
Lunch: I don't do lunch. I snack loads instead! I have 100g fromage frais, 1 Petit Filous, 1 triangle of Laughing Cow, 1 portion of fruit, 60g chicken slices.
    Snack: 2 cantucini.
4pm teatime: a bag of pretzels and a slice of toast with honey.
Dinner: really varies. Either a big portion of pasta/chilli con carne...whatever the case, there's a lot of protein and carbs involved!
Night-time drinks: Coke Zero, water, sometimes Ribena.

Re: GIRLS, what do you eat daily?
I eat a lot differently when I'm at 6th form or out than I do sitting at home with the kitchen to hand

Breakfast: Fruit/fruit salad/porridge at school, toast and pate/baked beans or sometimes nothing and have early lunch instead when I wake up late.

Lunch: Salad (lettuce, tomato, tuna, couscous and other odd bits) or a low-cal ready meal occasionally at school, sandwich/pasta/soup with bread or rivita at home. Also sometimes have fruit if I am peckish or have that unhealthy feeling after lunch.

Dinner: Varied. Either Salmon/other kind of fish/chicken with potatoes or rice and lots of veggies is quite common. Occasionally, my family cooks a whole range of different meals like sausages with mash and veg, quiche with salad and potatoes, tuna pasta bake, seafood pasta, fish and chips, pizza and salad (this is quite rare though ).

Drinks: water or fizzy water, have squash with it every now and then. Occasional orange/apple juice with breakfast and occasional diet coke with dinner or lunch.

I'm 5 ft 2-4 inches (lets say 3). And roughly 129 pounds (just over 9 stone).

I'm also guilty of snacking on crisps/biscuits/chocolate whenever I can.

Blimey, 2nd poster is roughly my height and 26 lbs lighter. Nearly 2 stone? *puts the chocolate down*.

I don't eat early but tend to eat a fairly substantial 'brunch'-I get up and go for a short (3 ish miles) run, I drink a coffee or herbal tea (depending on how healthy I feel like being!) and then I eat when I get back, usually chappatis or flatbreads with different types of beans and salads and dressing, herbal tea or squash, then when the man gets home I cook, usually a curry or stir fry beans or tofu and roasted veg, mashed potato quinoa or rice. If I'm hungry in between or after I have rice cakes or popadums and salsa. I vary what I eat but the same basics!
I'm different on weekends and when I'm living in my rented room, to when I'm living with the man-but not that different.
I take vitamins, use coconut oil for stir frying and in food such as when I make mashed potatoes or anything needing fat/oil. I try to not eat too many processed foods.
I'm small but heavy-I'm a size 8 trousers and size 10 dresses and tops but I weigh around 9stone 10.

Wow, I eat unhealthily compared to come of you!
I skip breakfast and just eat lunch early. For lunch I have either a sandwich or a wrap, a piece of fruit and a packet of crisps. For tea I generally eat pasta, fish or poultry, I try to avoid most red meat but occasionally I eat sausages and ruin everything. For snacks? Well, chocolate. Hell, I just ate an easter egg. I also like yogurt? Doubt that helps me either.
Drinks generally consist of cordial or water, with the occasional cup of tea thrown in here and there.
    I'm 5"2 and weigh just under 10st

Re: GIRLS, what do you eat daily?
My diet is pretty much always the same during the week when I'm at work, and it varies on the weekends.

Breakfast: Bowl of cereal (I like Golden/Cinnamon Grahams, Honey Cheerios, Weetabix or porridge. If I have porridge, it's usually topped with chopped apple and berries)

Mid-morning snack: cereal bar. Special K is preferable. Or I may have 1 or 2 Belvita biscuit things but I don't really like them that much.

Lunch: I alternate between soup & two slices of toast, beans on toast (sometimes with a small amount of grated cheese on top) or a chicken/ham salad sandwich or pitta. If I have a sandwich or pitta, I will usually have a packet of crisps with it, then a 75kcal yoghurt and some fruit (strawberries or grapes normally). If I have soup/beans on toast, I just have a yoghurt or fruit after.

Dinner: usually some form of meat, carb and veg. If I'm feeling lazy, I'll have a chicken escalope/kiev with oven chips and loads of steamed green veg. If more adventurous, home made prawn curry with rice. I also like enchiladas with sweetcorn and salad. If I'm really tired then just beans on toast.

I drink loads of water, usually 9-10 pints a day. On the weekends Im usually out and about so will have pub meals or grab a sandwich in town. I tend to snack more on the weekends too.
    I'm 5"6 and I don't weigh myself but I think it's somewhere around 10st.
