Is it better to go Uni outside of London or in London

I went to the University of London Open day today it was ok but I haven't decided if I wanna go Uni in london or not
Is it better to study in London or outside london?
I can only see pros for studying outside of London
Pros-
More quite/ peaceful
Less expensive
Can actually move out (if you already live in London)
