I am trying to work out the following for homework-

Its Sequences and want to know what the first 5 terms are of the following:

30-2n =

I put 28, 26, 24, 22, 20 but not sure if its right.

Thanks

correct!

yes it is;
1st term n=1 so 30-2*1=28
2nd term n=2 so 30-2*2=30-4=26
...
