Practicing law in London as a foreigner...
Can anyone give me advice on working as a lawyer in London? Do I really have to get certified? I am a US licensed attorney, doing my LLM here, specializing in Int'l Busines Law. I really want to stay after my LLM is done. Could I get work in perhaps a US law firm with a London office? Anyone know anything about this here? If I get hired the firm should take care of my visa stuff, right?
