Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance? It's a strange book at first as it doesn't seem to get anywhere
but it definitely has meaning and level of depth but whether it's your thing or not is a different matter

Im looking for inspiration, something deep, something that I will learn from. Last Book I read was The Secret by Rhonda Byron. Can be fiction, philosophical, anything really, anything you felt inspired by, that deeply touched you.
Pride and Prejudice - Amazing book, as true when it was written as it is today.

Or my favourite, The Three Musketeers

    Gotta love the classics!!

Ender's game. It's sci-fi which I can see might put off a girl, but it is one of the best books I have ever read, and you'd really be missing out if you didn't at least give it a chance. It is philosophical, although that is not the focus.

Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. I had never read classics before, but this book was incredible and every book I've read since has seemed really boring to me. Seriously, read it. It's amazing.

I second this book. Has so many deep themes running through it, you will be horrified reading it, shocked, you'll cry and you will still love the book. Its what i'd call beautiful literature.
