Which is less? is it obvious to you?

is 0.1 mg/litre less than 0.03 mg/litre.

For anyone wondering what this is the doc told me I must drink only miniscule amounts of fluoride. So I have been doing research and found these 2 figures for 2 different brands of bottled water .. so which is less?
