I have 10A*'s and 3A's at GCSE, and have been predicated AAA* at A level, and have AAABC at AS (resitting the B and C, few marks of the A and B in them :/)
...and my personal statement with all the work experience and extra curriculars are strong,

but my UKCAT score was really low averaging at 550 Do I still have a chance at Cardiff? They have no cut off score, and look at it along with everything else. Its the only one I'm applying to that looks at the UKCAT, but should I still swap it for another? :/ Any advice would be much appreciated xxx

I think you should stick with the non-UKCAT universities i.e. Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds and Liverpool. You could apply to Cardiff if you really wanted to, but it depends on how much emphasis they place on the UKCAT.

You could also consider one or two BMAT schools too? But, sticking with non-UKCAT schools is a good idea

What score did you get? Have a look at last years stalking page where you can see who got offers what UKCAT score they got Personally I'd say as long as your 600+ you be at no disadvantage

i got 627.5. compared to other people on these forums who have like 700 and 780 its terrible!

anyone know the cut off or thresholds for 2012?
I got 500 average for ukcat. Did really bad on some parts.... do you think there is any hope?
