The Student Room Group

CIE A Level Psychology

Hi! I'm just starting the CIE A level Psychology and plan to take the exam in 2012 summer. I'm a private candidate and so if anyone would like to join me and form a study group, you'd be most welcome.

Hiya, I'm self-teaching the course and so far the study guide by Craig Roberts has been extremely helpful. You can find the revision guide and study guide on Amazon. Here's a link to both: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/0198307063/ref=pd_sbs_14_t_0?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=DMWZATF1Z793K3NVP1EY (study guide)

My advice would be to go through the study guide first, with the specification to gain understanding and do the activities offered in the book as these are past paper questions and exam style questions. Then once you've learned the content, go over the study guide using flash cards to memorise important detail. So far, it's what I've been trying to do.
