I have no idea but it's ridiculous. It gives people (like one of my best friends who is going through serious physical, emotional and mental pain due to a rare illness) who do have a problem with cutting a bad name. I mean, I don't agree with it but still... And yeah ugh it's a real trend for chavs where I live and it just looks stupid!
