When I do 'top whatevers', it's rarely who's best, it's who my favourites are.
Top 5 right now: Eminem, Joe Budden, Los, J Cole and Emilio Rojas, no order. -

I don't listen to hip hop like most people do, i.e. to hear lyrics, skill, flow, charisma etc. As well as that, I listen to it because I can relate to it and Joe saved my life, so that's why I always talk about him the way I do. Check the OP. It was about sharing his story and letting people know about him.
That's not to say that he can't rap circles against 95% of rappers though. -

Walk with me is a fantastic song. He's not number 1 though.

Re: Joe BuddenOne of my favourite songs. Imo, this is a great portrayal of humans/society in general are, i.e. never visit you unless they want something - I'm often the same. It also covers those masks that a lot of people wear around different people.
This is one of his rare songs commentating on society and himself in general.
