Yep I went to the open day It was really good, they told us a bit about the department and then we had an informal little introduction on what the course is going to be like, which was pretty useful, as I wanted to compare it with SGUL (I prefer SGUL cause they get to do dissection, whereas I don't think they do it at Roehampton) afterwards, we had a tour of the campus (accommodation on whitelands is pretty good!) and the labs, then we were sort of free to have a look around I walked down to main campus with my friend, had a look around The grounds are really beautiful, there's a pond and everything I'm pretty sure you'll love it there!

ah for those roehampton choose the schools for u, u don't get to choose unless u there is a specific reason why u can't travel to a specific area. the lady said in the induction prior to the interviews that the schools can be unto an hour away from where we live but they try to give them as close as possible. they also sometimes buddy up a not so experienced pgce student with an experienced one in the same school so we support each other. hope this helps

no problem. I'm starting september too but fs / ks1 and living off campus. its funny u asked about living on campus. a lady who asked to be added to the ks2 group yesterday was asking about wanting to house share i think. request to be added to the group and u can talk to the ks2 students for sept

im about to do the dance course and we got told about it too. basically if you get a certain amount of ucas points, you get so much money off your tuition fee's.
