Please check my french homework!!

We had to write about food, I wrote something, by gathering sentences from here and there and also writing my own. Please cheak if there are any mistakes:

J'aime tous la nourriture. Cependent, j'aime manger sucreries.
Quand j'étais petite, j'aimais manger des frites et des hamburgers, cependent c'est mauvais pour ma santé, alors maintenaint, je mange beaucoup de salade normalement, mais heir, j'ai mangé un pizza. Demain, je vais manger un poulet rôtis avec ma famile, mais à l'avenir, je deviendrai un végétarien même si j'adore la viande.
Je mange beaucoup des gateaux mais je ne bois pas souvent des boissons sucrees. Je mange des legumes frais pour avoir toutes les vitamines necessaires.
Pour le petit déjeuner, j'aime manger cornflakes avec du lait. Puis, pour le déjeuner j'essaie de manger une variété de nourritures. Enfin, pour le dîner j'ai fréquemment une salade.

I couldn't actually be bothered to read past the 1st line and a half lol (sorry I'm tired and doing a psychology essay :colondollar:), but swap one of the 'cependent's for 'pourtant'. Just for more varied vocab.

Missing accents on the 'necessaires' and 'boissons sucrees' is all that I can notice!
