my chemistry teacher is definitely the worst!! we are doing our GCSE's and he cant even teach!! he just gives us a textbook and expects us to learn from it ourselves!! despite this our class overall gets good grades!!
My chemistry teacher at GCSE wasn't very good. She was nice and I liked her, but she didn't really teach us very well. I just bought a revision guide and learned from that.

We had a supply once (well, she covered a few days actually) who didn't know how to teach us the work so told us to figure it out ourselves, then she'd deliberately leave the lesson half way through to eat some chips!! Funny woman..

She was a sub. She sat and told us about being an occasional weed smoker, her family problems, how there is no point in school and she always had her phone out...the worst or the best?

one of my worst would be this spanish teacher. she never taught me as i never did spanish, and i was never in her form. but she literally hated me. and i mean genuinly, she got me put in isolation for something most teachers would have ignored, she was constantly getting me in trouble, or shouting at me. all because she didnt like my two best mates who she had in her form in year 8... it was fab!

my second worst teacher would be my child development teacher from year 11. again she genuinly hated me, i had my hand up once for half an hour and she literally ignored me, so i started talking louder to get her attention, and she thretened to remove me from the lesson, but so i didnt get in trouble, i chose to remove myself. she eventually got me kicked out for doing nothing wrong, even the other people in my class who didnt like me said she had something against me!

Had this one lecturer at uni who openly told us that he was only teaching us because he had to and he'd much rather be getting on with his research than teaching a bunch of first and second years about Japanese history. Needless to say that didn't exactly fire anyone up to try their hardest and his lectures weren't exactly very stimulating (though you did notice a distinct spark in said lecturer whenever he was able to use his own research to make a point). Having said that though, he ended up not being too bad as a dissertation supervisor...

In primary school my teacher decided I had spent too long on crutches. I had Chronic Reginal Pain Syndrome :\
During PE I would be made to hobble round the playground whilst the others were playing football and I would frequently turn round to see the classroom assistant moving my crutches to the otherside of the room so I would HAVE to hop to them. This was to encourage me to walk :\
Ohh and secondary school teachers... I could go on and on
Sorry but this made me laugh so hard.

A supply teacher we had during year 3 and 4 was horrible. She threw all the felt tips on the floor (there was a lot of felt tips!) and made us pick them all up again because ONE wasn't in the right place . She also ripped up people's work if they made the tiniest mistake. Thankfully she was sacked when she got caught hurting a student (I think she was grabbing their ear).
My science teacher during the first half of year 9 and the rest of year 10 and a month of year 11 was pure annoyance! He couldn't control the classes AT ALL! (I prefected in his form during wet dinner and I think he was scared of them!) If I knew I would have him in year 10, I would have definitely considered taking additional science, knowing I would at least succeed in science at GCSE level. It's a shame too, since he does seem to know a lot about science and he's been there for about 20 years. Thankfully we got a new teacher, but it didn't change anything (I was one of the very few in the class who was expected a B and they wanted to increase it to an A) since Core Science is pretty easy and even in his class I wasn't struggling that much .

ICT teacher, frail old woman just would just squeal at the class all day.
Sounds suspiciously like my S1 ICT teacher!

One of my Higher Geography teachers last year was an absolutely nutcase. She wasn't a bad teacher, as such, I mean I understood everything and got an A in the end, but some days she'd be really short-tempered and wouldn't crack a smile the whole lesson, and other times she'd act like she was high e.g. laughing non-stop, doing stupid things.

Once, in only one period, she: threatened a guy with a whiteboard marker (like pressed it right up to his eyes), threw strawberry laces covered in soil at a girl (they were supposed to be worms - we were studying soil at the time), insisted on stopping the lesson so that we could watch The Human Centipede trailer, she got out Play-Do and made a bear out of it (all while laughing and screaming, "look! It's Knut the bear! Because Knut the polar bear diiiiied!"), then made us draw bears on our diagrams of soil formation which she then proceeded to put her Play-Do bear on top of, going, "hahaha! Look at what Mummy Bear and Daddy Bear are doing!"

Let's not mention the time she announced to the class, "Why don't we watch the video of the snow cock?!"

She was quite good craic though (and Irish so therefore even more so)!

My stats prof. He would lecture to himself and when you asked a question he'd kind of stare at you in a really weird manner.

We had a Physics teacher who wrote on the board the work that needed to be done, then left the room for an hour, during which lots of the students just threw pens across the room at each other making it impossible to do any work.

One of my science teachers used to throw out bags out of a second story window if we left them on the floor/under the tables by our chairs instead of on the racks provided. Thing is, we were a big class and there was never enough room on the rack for all of our bags.

Another teacher I had for english used to make nasty comments about my appearance in front of the rest of the class...
