Thanks, although in my case I probably want to send it to the College of Science and Engineering instead

Don't send anything that valuable unsolicited through the post. Keep on with the emails until they tell you what they want and where they want it sent. You've got until August 31st to fulfil the terms of your offer and they will most certainly contact you in plenty of time, so don't risk sending your certificates off into the blue. It's complicated and expensive to replace them.

...I thought it was photocopies of the certificate? if not then damn! I don't know another way to do it aside from by post

They usually want originals at some time. They accepted an emailed scan of my son's results to make his place unconditional and then he needed the real thing at enrolment. Your mileage may vary, but just don't send the real thing off yet.

(in Germany at least) they want either originals or photocopies certified by church/citizen's office/etc... Which I was planning on doing when they gave me my official graduation certificate and the college became my firm choice.

I got an email asking for 'copies of certificates', but it also says you can get a letter from your school confirming your grades, so that might be easier

It probably will, because certificates can often take a long time to be issued, depending on what the qualification is.

I've emailed them to ask if I can send photocopies just in case. I could send my certificates, it just seems a bit risky! :P I may go with the school option, seems like a safer alternative. Thank you for letting me know

I feel a bit unsure about sending actual certificates too, they're so neatly filed away for one thing haha. If you get chance could you let me know what they say about photocopies though?

I'm from the EU, but they told me to send them copies of my certificates via MyeEd. I'm sure I'm in a different situation than you, but they told me I could send them copies if they are verified by the notary. Now, I have no idea whether they actually got them because they haven't sent me any confirmation, but they haven't told me that they are missing my verifications either. I've sent them a couple of emails regarding the issue, but they haven't replied to them.
I also got the form for my uni ID card via post this week. Does anybody know whether this means that everything is fine?

I imagine everything's fine then, it says in the email I received that they can't send me anything else until I've sent them my certificates. If you've got the ID card form since then I wouldn't worry about it

I scanned my certificates in and emailed 'em, it took forever for them to reply about it though. :L

I did that too but I didn't think they were supposed to reply? How long did it take them, I'm kinda worried they haven't replied to me now...

I'm guessing it was just an automatic thing - three or four days at most? Did you send them via EUCLID?

No, I barely check EUCLID, I just sent it to the Humanities email address... do you think I should resend them to EUCLID?
