How to use NUS EXTRA CARD IN SUPERGDRUG??????

Hi I'm having trouble using my nus extra when checking out online Superdrug. Where do I put the 18 digits? There's only the promotional code box and that doesn't work.

Anyone know?

Sometimes you have to log in with your account and get a specific code.

I emailed Superdrug and they claimed you can't use the student discount online. only in store. Sucks.

I happily use my student ID all the time in the Whitton Superdrug no problem. Today at the Hammersmith store I was told they don't accept it and I needed an NUS. He didn't even mention unidays which I have. The man just laughed and said you can't have a student discount.
