Some are born into a family who is higher on the achievement ladder, compared to others, therefore that child has a head start.

i dont sympathise with this wreckless behaviour i hope they are served for the full wrath of the UK law system. This is just a small section of disillusioned youth who believe they are in control. And the london people are just totally different.
