How to check which programs/files are downloading data from the internet?
I keep seeing that my bandwidth is being used up, even when I am not doing anything, how do I check if there is a trojan or something in the computer? I use windows 7 ultimate.

Windows 7 itself has 'Resource monitor' which you can use to check your network usage. However, it will only show you current usage, not cumulative.

What you probably want for cumulative analysis is netlimiter monitor - it's free, just press the "NetLimiter 3 Monitor free registration" link on http://www.netlimiter.com/download.php
