How to check which programs/files are downloading data from the internet?I keep seeing that my bandwidth is being used up, even when I am not doing anything, how do I check if there is a trojan or something in the computer? I use windows 7 ultimate.

What you probably want for cumulative analysis is netlimiter monitor - it's free, just press the "NetLimiter 3 Monitor free registration" link on http://www.netlimiter.com/download.php
