Saturated fats in suitable amounts are a necessary requirement in a healthy diet. The ones to watch are trans-fats...

If you aren't listening to what anyone says why did you create this thread? Did you expect everyone to go 'wow that's a fantastic diet' because it's really really not.

Also don't believe everything in your chemistry GCSE, a lot of it isn't true because the truth is far to complicated for GCSE level.
Obviously I know you need some fat but that doesn't really make it healthy.

Stop eating pizza (both contain too much fat and sugar) and garlic bread (fat and salt) everyday. That's more like an advice to make your blood a little less saturated. Not everyday. A few times a week but not everyday.
Obviously a diet like this won't make you gain weight even though it's unhealthy. A bit hard on your blood and your heart too, you should be okay at 15 though xD

I don't know any Tango drink but if you like it, just drink it, it's not like you have to drink tea to have a healthy diet.
    However...Drink more water!
And you stated you didn't like any vegetables. Potatoes are NOT vegetables, mind you. What about salad (seems like a no), cucumber, zuchini, leek, green beans, carrots, tomatoes (a fruit but let's be serious, we eat that as a veggie most of the time)...? Does it change anything whether you'd eat them raw or cooked? What about corn or lentils?

Fruits? I'd say apples, clementines, or grapes. Take half a portion more each day.
I don't like any of the vegetables you have listed.

Mate, seriously, eat what makes you feel best. Personally I'd throw in a few more treats, say fruit Pastils for break times; that should count as a few more of your five-a-day surely.

Fruit Pastils don't count as part of your 5 a day and I already eat my dinner at break time but I'm a BMI of 17.6 so I must either have a great diet or good metabolism but I wouldn't say I have very big muscles or poo a lot, which seem to be common trends for high metabolism.

between you having bmi of 18.5 and 17.6, you've grown two inches and dropped 2lbs. The weight loss can be quite easily achieved by not wearing such heavy shoes the second time you were weighed at the docs/ having drank less/ ate less that day.

Ouch. Um, ok, you're a difficult customer. Question since you like potatoes: do you like mash?
If yes, then you could (not saying you would) add a carrot or a tomato or a zuchini in your mash. Potatoes will hide the taste of the veggies and you'll still have your intake of veggies!
That's how my own mother did to get me to eat vegetables...it worked, I hope it could work for you too.

Meh, enjoy your life. And if you want to go on with this diet, it's fine but once again drink more water!

You don't wear shows when you are weighed and a BMI drop of nearly 1 point is quite big.

Unfortunately, I don't like mash and find water too tasteless to drink much of even if I'm thirsty and have nothing else to drink eg.after doing sports -I don't drink water!!!

Re: A good diet or not?
What's the point of posting on here for help if you're not willing to change your lifestyle at all in order to improve your diet? I know not all veggies/fruit/anything-other-than-garlic-bread taste great, but some do. It's your choice.

Oh also: http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/Goodfood/...hy-eating.aspx Do this and you'll have a much healthier diet than the pathetic excuse of one you have...

Oh and FOR GODS SAKE, a healthy BMI is between 18 - 25. 17.6 is technically underweight. Jeez.
