Uni Assignment-Nanotech Good/Bad

Basically been given assignment to research and produce a report explaining the arguments for and against Nanotechnology but have no idea of where to begin. Thought about governments racing and developing even more dastadly weapons and spy gear (could be another cold war) and benefits in medicine and stuff.

Basically can you give me some ideas and CREDITED websites with reliable information (so NO wikipedia) and also explain to me in how to structure my report.

The Markscheme is basically
1) Effective methods of researching info identified
2) effective methods of researching used
3) Report well presented and structured (i think i can do this)
4)Balanced arguments for and against with summary
5) Suitable set of notes provided with report
6) 2000 Words
7)Harvard referencing system used correctly (need MAJOR help with)
8) Self assessment
