Yeah, I got a letter a few days after my offer showed up on UCAS

Just got an unconditional for Business Finance, not Business Management yet though dependant on getting ABB for entry level 2. Hope that i don't have any problems if come results day i need to drop down to entry level one?

anyone had any offers for actuarial science or financial maths? they seem to be taking longer than any of the others, how long did it take for any offers to come in from the time they were sent for others?

I got an offer in the beginning of November, application send the end of October

I know some people from my school have had offers for actuarial science - back in November - think they took a couple of weeks from the time they applied to come through. Also they're unconditionals don't know of anyone with a conditional.

Applying for Economics and Marketing and economics with business management at Heriott Watt. Sent my application on the first week of december, still no word. Load of tats the suspense is killing me COME ON HERIOT WATT!

havent got back to me yet, strange thing is they invited me to an open day?!?! they either liked me and are still deciding or i dont know what (aplied for chem Eng btw with IND )any body know what the hells going on lol ?

Those of you who were invited to applicant only days, how did they invite you? Did you get a separate email?

I've had my economics offer for a month and still no invitation to anything(that I can find anyway)

thing is brunel emailed me and said the course was popular by choice (not chem eng for that) and they said that they was deciding on the 15th of jan, i thought mabye the others are doing that this year beacuase there are less aplicants? - i just thought if someone came to the same conclusion....

just got an unconditional at half seven tonight(last night now) for financial maths! very pleased, a friend got an unconditional for actuarial science at the same time!

Really? I thought other people got conditonals for actuarial science around that time?

I'm pretty such decided that I'm going to decline anyway, and use UEA as my insurance instead (firming Kent). Its just so far away, and looking at pictures of the accomodation it doesn't look the best. Neithers is UEA tbf, but at least I can come home pretty reguarly as its only two hours away rather than 8!
