Re: The I-SOC (Islamic Society) (IV)Mashallah, just to let you know that for our Univeristy ISOC hosted a talk with Shayk Zahir Mahamood last night, and that he was a tremendous speaker and thoroughly and deeply impacted his audience.
The event went fantastically and if any other ISOC is thinking of grabbing a speaker for an event this year, I can highly recommend him, Inshallah all other events of the Ummah across the Universitys this year will be just as successful! -

It would be a good place to raise money guys..... i'm going, anyone else wanna come

I was just gna say that Shaykh Zahir Mahmood is amazing! I've only listened to his talks online but I love them all! MashaAllah, u were very fortunate! -

How much longer will we wait
How much longer will we wait
Can't you see it in their eyes
Don't you think its time they knew
What we hold of the truth
Can you hear the whisper now
Its been calling you from the start
Its been holding out its hand
Locked and bolted are our hearts
Can't you see it when she runs
And greets you with the warmest smile
She want nothing for you but peace

Don't you know its in your heart
Can't we see it on our shelves
Are we so lost in this world
Can't we find it in our selves
When we realize our state
How small and weak we really are

Evening all
Thought I'd take stead in Hylean's steps and come and introduce myself as a new mod in D&CA Religion If you have any issues feel free to direct them to AAM 
I've posted twice in the AAM, one of my threads seems to have been deleted and the other one says 'resolved', I don't understand how it's resolved when I didn't even get a reply to it ? Care to shed some light on this if possible.
Also is there any way we can stop these hate threads against Islam ? It's stopped against other things, then why not Islam as well ? If it could be done then that would be great and I'm sure others would agree, this is a big issue around these parts and Im sure others would be interested in your reply as much as myself.
