Re: Royal Holloway 2012 entry applicantsI feel exactly the same; we can but try(Original post by musik+junkie)
I've applied to Oxford and Leeds too! Not that I anticipate anything beyond a rejection from Oxf.

Re: Royal Holloway 2012 entry applicants
Is this (link below) the Royal Holloway Campus or Accommodation?
I hope this is the Campus where I can study inside (http://sceopellen.files.wordpress.co...ondon-4e9c.jpg) -
Re: Royal Holloway 2012 entry applicantsBoth. That is Founders which the campus is based around. Inside is catered accommodation and a dining hall. There is also a lecture theatre; whether you use it will depend on size of groups and subject. History tend to only use it for whole year meetings about course choices or explaining what a compulsory module is. There is also a library called founders again how much you will use it depends on subject and personal preference. As a History student the majority of my books are in Bedford the other library on campus.(Original post by exam2k10)

. BTW, I want to come to a campus tour tomorrow, but I live in London
. Do you know by any chance how I could get there and how long it would take? Is it even worth going on the campus tour?

Re: Royal Holloway 2012 entry applicantsDepends whereabouts in London you are. It's 40minutes from Waterloo one train from there to Egham then you could either walk up the hill or catch a bus or taxi. It's only about a 20minute walk. If you want to get a feel for the Uni then yeh it's worth going to see if it's what you expect. It'll also give you a chance to consider the area around the Uni. A Uni may be perfect for you on paper then you get there and it just feels wrong.(Original post by exam2k10)
