really not sure about the ucas tarriff system for UWE really wanna come here ndd study English BA...320 points can this be made out of 3 A levels and an AS or solely out of 3 A levels????!?!

I think it can be made out of 3 A-levels and an AS if they're asking for points and not grades. However I think it would be best to check with them.

UWE are generally quite quick. 24 hour turn around for me, but shouldn't be longer than 14 days. On you've got your uwe welcome login details you should hear back shortly - depending on each admissions tutors workload and demand for your subject.
