Glenside students! What day are you all moving in? Our contract starts 10th of september and apparently we can move in anytime after that. It's a Monday! Is everyone just gonna go as soon as possible? And when is freshers? :-)

The welcome weekend starts 15th and Freshers starts on the Monday. I'd move in as soon as but I don't want to be the only one!

Haha exactly. Not a good plan! So I'm thinking Saturday. It's the same day as my sister's 11+ exam for her secondary school, so I won't be getting there til later on in the day. Hope it's ok.

Apart from Freshers Fair, what other stuff goes on apart from the clubbing as clubbing really isn't my sort of thing, for a few reasons

I don't drink much

Had a brain operation when i was 10 which left me partially blind in one eye which has made me slightly closterphobic

And also left me not liking loud music as I can get a headache quickly

I prefer going to pub and beer gardens to have s few drinks

So anyone any other events that go on?

As well as going clubbing, I'll be going to gigs, music bars and things. Of course going to pubs and stuff as well. My friends who are at uni now do things with their roomies, like movie nights as they cannot afford to go out every night. I'm joining lots of clubs and things so will have plenty to do with them
