Help - uni of reading confusing requirements

hi gang

at reading, for history and english lit on UCAS website it says they want AAC or ABB

http://search.ucas.com/cgi-bin/hsrun/search/search/StateId/QvO3ZGefMgwRAVjuuPwNRcp9TGQ1w-3Xz3/HAHTpage/search.HsEntryReq.run?n=1105721#CSRA

but in the prospectus, it says they want 320 points from there alevels or 340 points from 3 alevels and one AS. A level history and english lit are required at grade B.

What are the actual requirements?

Have you checked the actual online requirements on the uni website?

The UCAS website isn't always correct: last year it still had Birmingham as AAB for my course when the Birmingham website had the correct grades (AAA)

Having said that, the prospectus too could be out of date.
If you can't find it anywhere, email the uni, they'll be happy to help.
I'd say the prospectus is more likely to be correct but if you want to be sure then just email them

It of course depends on the prospectus - if it is recent one, like you got it some time in the summer or a few weeks ago - then that could be correct. If the prospectus is from 2-3 years ago, it could be wrong.

I'd e-mail the Uni to find out.

According to their website it says

UCAS Tariff: ABB/AAC from three A level subjects. The total points must include grade B at A level History and grade B at A Level English Literature or English Language and Literature
