SC 2011/15: Admission of the sovereign state of Palestine to full membership -Vote 2#
The following resolution has been put forward to the Security Council by the representative for the People's Republic of Korea:
It went to vote and passed, however it was veto'ed by the representative for the United States of America.
The General Assembly will now vote on whether they agree with this resolution or not.
If you do agree with it vote "yes", if you do not vote "no."
If the "Yes" vote wins with a two-thirds majority or more the Veto will be overturned.
Re: SC 2011/15: Admission of the sovereign state of Palestine to full membership -Vot
Just to clarify once again, if you agree with this resolution vote "YES!" If you disagree with this resolution and therefore agree with the veto submitted by the United States of America, vote "NO!".

The Commonwealth of Dominica disagrees with thi resolution and wishes to veto it too
Even if it had the power to veto, which it doesn't, the Commonwealth of Dominica would not be able to veto the resolution in this vote.
However if you'd like your second vote for your second country noted please let me know.

Really? How come?
Well sure. Please do note my second countries vote.

[OOC]A veto would only apply in the Security Council, as the United States did previously with this (all applications for full membership are passed to the Security Council first. In reallife if they're vetoed by a member on the SC then they don't come to the GA, but they do here where we get a chance to overturn a veto if there is a high enough majority. ) As this is the General Assembly, no nation has a veto.
You may need to tell T_C which way your second country is voting. [/OOC]

Because the only countries that have a veto power are the permanent members of the SC and one of the non-permanent members (which is going to be decided in a voting process as soon as the last non-perm seat is filled.)
Regular GA members don't have veto power.
Nor could you veto this if you wanted to because it's not the sort of vote you can veto, because it's asking if the GA agree's with the veto or not.
