Re: Tech Society 3.0Pretty much the first thing I did when I bought my MacBook Pro was to uninstall iTunes off of my PC. The Mac version is bad enough, but the Windows port is dire.(Original post by Wednesday Bass)
I've found the Windows version awful compared to the Mac. It's so much more slow, and much more of a resource hog and I really don't understand how they could regularly do such a bad job with coding for Windows with the amount of updates they bring out.

Re: Tech Society 3.0Ecoute, which is a front-end for iTunes. Works similarly to how the iOS Music app works, but takes better advantage of the full screen. Much nicer for playing stuff by a particular artist/album/whatever, bit less useful when it's on shuffle all. Since it uses the iTunes library it should work with FLAC if you've set iTunes to do the same.
