If I get accused off stealing from a shop do the shopkeeper have to show me the cctv to prove it was me

He cant accuse of go to police with that lack of evidence, he cant prove your brother wasnt there without CCTV, if he has CCTV you prove your bro is innocent

Ask him for CCTV footage of this. When he can't provide it tell him that you will no longer be visiting that shop. That's so unfair of him, hope your brother still had a nice birthday!
