    Oh Gosh!!

    They are really loud though!

Im not, i really have no common sense at all :'(
Yep. Really loud. You couldn't hear anyone speak. Someone from the back of the hall just set it off and threw it forward. There was quite a lot of "distraction" until the deputy head stormed off the stage, picked it up and took it away. Then the headmaster made it very plain that he was NOT AMUSED. Finally, the deputy head made it very clear at break time that he was NOT AMUSED either. lol.

You shouldn't get too worried about simple mistakes. Perhaps you have a few more than most people, but that doesn't mean you don't have common sense. It is probably just when you are a little more distracted than usual.

When you bump into someone that you know in town for example, you make some affable small talk, give a pleasant smile and say your goodbyes but . . . you are both planning on walking in the same direction and you have already said goodbye!

This happened to me at the shops the other day so I had to divert and walk down an abandoned railway path.
an abandoned railway path LOL the other person must have though wtf!

Can't remember if I've posted this before, but I just remembered it and it made me giggle

In the week running up to exams, my form tutor said that I could revise in his room as he's a VI Form only teacher - as everyone was on study leave, he was free all day every day.
On one of the days, I'd been revising for a good few hours and stopped to have a chat with him. Talk moved on to favourite bands, and he told me he loves The Kinks. Halfway through this conversation, the examinations officer for my school came in and asked for the room next door's keys so the Year 10s could do their German listening exam.

Anyway, I'd never really heard of The Kinks, which offended him greatly - so he decided to show me a few of their songs. He put on this song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dr1hj4op-xE ('Permanent Waves') and got far too into it. He put the volume up to its top, started singing it at the top of his lungs and danced around the room. When I say dance, I mean he was sort of bouncing up and down wiggling his elbows around.
Still singing at the top of his lungs, he got to the line that said,
"Why don't you put in some permanent waves

You'll look smooth, you'll look cool, you'll be laughing

You'll get lots of dates, you'll be made, you'll get laid

You'll get out and about, you'll be laughing
."

Just as he sang, "YOU'LL GET LOTS OF DATES, YOU'LL BE MADE, YOU'LL GET LAID," the examinations officer came in with a face of thunder. She angrily went, "MR. [his surname]! The Year 10s are in the next room trying to do their German listening exam, and they can't hear the tape at all. All they can hear is you singing!"

I was just sat there pissing myself laughing whilst his elbow-wiggle dance became less energetic and he realised just how loud he was being. Not so embarrassing for me, but it was absolutely hilarious and he was mortified.

That moment when you are listing to some music your parents wouldn't approve of, only to have your parents come bursting in because what you thought was coming through the headphones was actually coming out (very loudly) of the speakers!

Or just that moment when you have your headphones on, happily listening, and everyone is standing behind you getting very angry because, once again, it is coming out of the speakers! What a fool I must look sitting there in my unplugged headphones!

Sitting on a plastic seat in this weather and having to quickly push it under the table when you stand up before someone sees the condensation imprint of your butt.

I was joking with my friends and for some reason began to poke and feel up a mannequins arse for a good few minutes. I looked behind me to laugh with them only to realise my friends were at the other end of the very packed shop and instead I had a few people staring at me with a worried/creeped out look on their face.

I am the drippiest person you will ever meet. This month I have

-been locked out my house and slept on the nieghbours sofa in odd shoes and pajamas.
-I went to a cash machine to take £40 out and took my card and left the cash and someone came chasing after me.
-Then today I got on the bus and showed my student card and the man asked what the expiry date was, but for some reason I thought he said there was a spider on me, so I started panicking and hitting myself, whilst hes sitting there waiting for my card.
-Oh and I also set my personal alarm off (they are massively loud) and left it going off outside for 30minutes because I didnt know how to turn it off.
-I accidentally dropped the entire tray in the bin at McDonalds, to dirty looks off other people who thought Id done it deliberately.
-I left £4 change in the self service machine in Tesco.
    - and i also got on the wrong bus home (even though ive caught the same bus for 2 years) and ended up walking miles back barefoot because my heels broke)

All this has happened just this month
It was only today that I wanted to just cry because of my lack of common sense
    Lol that is immense

I tried getting into cinema with an out of date student card once, I failed...

I don't really do many embarrassing things these days tbh.

Once at Uni though, I thought I saw my mate and he looked very similar to him, so I shaked his hand and asked how he is, and he just looked at me like an idiot and said "I'm fine, I guess"

Someone set a personal alarm off in assembly at my school once (deliberately!) whilst the headmaster was speaking. The deputy head was very defintiely NOT AMUSED!

You are great just the way you are
Our school GAVE OUT personal alarms, and all we could hear throughout the day was them going off. It was after a 'stay safe at university' lecture that we all had to attend, and I was explaining this to my further maths teacher. Demonstrated the alarm, and managed to drop the pin. Spent five minutes trying to multitask between muffling the alarm and finding the pin.

In maths class I was swinging off my chair acting cool when I fell flat on my back and because the desks were in rows and really close together I didn't know how to get up so I was just laying there staring at the ceiling while everyone was pissing themselves laughing. I just went bright red and I can't remember how I got up lmao. :dontknow:

Another one was when me and my friends were chasing each other around the school when the school bell went and everyone started coming out of lessons. One of my friends was crouching and running for some weird reason and she hit her head in some guys crotch haha! We still don't let her forget that.

And another embarrassing one for me was when we were walking out of the school building and my crush and his friends were walking in front. My mates used to pick on one of his friends so she decided to kick his friend. So I decided to do the same because I was immature and stupid and my foot got stuck in the strap of his bag and he saw it so he yanked his bag and I fell on the floor completely mortified. Haha I learnt my lesson that day.

Vomming on three of your mate's faces, made even worse by the fact that you were crashing at one of said mate's houses.

Farting really loudly when your name is read out on the register, instead of answering, in front of the girl you like.

When a dog comes out the bush on a school trip, you heroically shout "Stay back everyone, it might have rabies" only for it to piss on your shoes.

Being the only person down to their boxers, whilst everyone else is completely clothed in a game of strip poker (I promptly made my excuses and left).
    :awesome:

Today's embarrassing moment has to be sitting in traffic, in the middle of town, singing along to my music. Looked round for whatever reason and the 2 girls (my age) in the car next to me were watching me and laughing. I decided the best thing to was just carry on!

Thankfully the window wasn't open, I am an awful singer.

Felt really stupid, but hey! What can you do.

Last December I was walking home with my friends on the icy path without a single slip, as soon as we went our seperate ways I took like two steps and slipped and fell on my backside. Friends all laughing at me and I looked round and this guy was parked in his car laughing at me too. I just limped away pretending nothing happened, but I slipped again but managed to not fall down. That's why I hate winter!
