I once got magnets stuck up my nose.

I was in geography, year 11 (16) and i had a pair of disc like magnets. I put one in each nostril and they just slipped up my nose.. after 10 mins of trying to get them out and the whole class laughing at me I asked the teacher if i could leave the classroom..

Had to go to hospital and get them removed by a specialist machine, the amount of snot was ridiculous.

Still laugh about it with my mates, one to tell the kids ey!

Biology teacher rambling on about amoebas or some ****, then out of nowhere I start getting an awkward boner out of nowhere. Cue me carefully and slowly positioning my hands over my crotch.

My StepDad was putting the dishes away one day and the cupboards were left open as he did so. I was in the middle of one of my many cleaning sprees and had bent under there to get something (I have no idea what). I stood up so quickly and with such force and smashed my head into the bottom corner of the cupboard that I managed to give myself whiplash and a concussion.

Chemistry. Year 10. Bunsen burners are out, I've finished my experiment. I sit down and lean back, feeling good about life. I lean forward. I hear some gasps from behind me, followed by the distinct smell of burning. I think there's been an accident in the row behind. My mate sitting next to me looks at the back of my head in horror. Turns out my hair is on fire. I count this as a near death experience.

Until I left this year, I was known to the school/sixth form Chemistry staff as 'that idiot who set his hair on fire and didn't notice'.

When i was in year 11 we had one of the boring year assemblies (350 peoplish) To get in to the hall though you have to walk down a couple of steps and the hall was almost full. So this girl walks in and slips down the stairs and smacks into the floor! You can only imagine the roar of laughter that followed!

I was once in the changing rooms, and for some unfathomable reason, one of my mates was making large thrusting motions with his hips. Predictably, the PE teacher walked in, and was like WTF are you doing *shock* !?

    Anyway, it got worse...

Mate was suitably red and embarrassed, and after the PE Teacher had left, everyone was in histerics, rolling around on the floor laughing. Some more mates walked in, and wanted to know what all the fuss was about. My first mate was still laughing too hard to possibly explain, so I kindly stepped in. To emphasise my words, I started thrusting my hips also.

Deputy Head (who helps out with sport in the Cricket Season) walks in, and was like WTF are you doing!?

I was highly embarrassed having been caught thrusting my hips by the Deputy Head, but everyone else was now in a second wave of histerics, and did not come to my aid. lol.

    1. Going to a uni open day, tripping over your own foot. I grabbed the really cute guy next to me for support, miss his arm and end up pulling him down with me BY HIS CROTCH. Also, he's a second year so would be in my department all the time.

    2. Being pointed to the maternity section of a shop, even though I'm not fat or pregnant by a woman that doesn't even work there.

I wanted the ground to swallow me then.and there both times

This didn't happen to me but somebody else,
They were on holiday, in a shopping centre. Walked into a mirror and said "Oh sorry" thinking it was somebody else haha

Re: Embarrassing things in every day life
So i was turning round talking to the people behind me because the teacher had moved me to the front row for talking - obviously didn't do much. So I didn't realise that the whole class had decided to shut up and as I slowly realised after a few minutes I could see people just looking towards me and I thought it was because of the talking thing. No, my teacher was crouched down behind my head and he blew on my neck which is really sensitive. Naturally, with instinct, I flung my head back and head-butted him in the nose and then brought my fist up to cover my neck and ended up hitting him in the face. He goes tumbling backwards into his desk, knocks off his keyboard and a large pile of books. The whole class is laughing their arses off and I just slowly turn round and look at the teacher watching his face decide whether he should be laughing or shouting. He chose laughing and just picked himself up, fortunately. That was quite embarressing.

I usually like to start that story with "I once hit a teacher..." it makes me sound cool lmao.

Haha, at least it's not just me with fire-related mishaps in Chemistry then! Kind of intrigued how you managed to set fire to a teacher though...

I asked her a question, and she lent over to help me as I was firing up the Bunsen. So, it's kind of her own fault she got set on fire really
