Annoying adverts
At the moment I have to say it is that littlewoods one with the children singing and rapping about their mother getting into debt buying expensive christmas presents for distant relatives (she brought a Fujji camera for uncle Ken). And that T K MAXX one with that fat middle aged plain jane making out shes some sort of high profile fashionista. What gets me though is the music-sounds like a load of pre-mestural mingers making baby noises.
Last year there was this really annoyig ad for sainsburys where this 18/19 year old boy was going shopping with his mum, thinking this shelf stacker girl fancies him and nagging his mum to buy him a CD. then the advert endded with him blaring the music out of the car to impress that girl-what a prat! -
Re: Annoying advertsI know exactly why they do it, but whenever I think about those sweets that infuriatingly fake family pops into my head. I used to buy my partner a pack once every other week or so and not any more. The nauseating ad has actually put us off something we used to buy. I'm sure generally it'll work but not for us!(Original post by 69Crazyfists)
Aye but that's not true.
Annoying adverts are made deliberately so that, for example, when you finally need car insurance, you can't think of anything but Go Compare. It works, otherwise they wouldn't be doing it. -

Dolce and Gabbana 'The One' perfume advert. Scarlett Johansson can't act to save her life.
"I like my lips. For kissing." =_= This is either the worst scripting or the worst ad-libbing I've seen in a while.

Re: Annoying adverts
All of them.
But especially the fecking Meerkats (no longer funny), Go Compare, We Buy Any Car, Envirofone (and any kind of cash for your old rubbish thing), Ramsden's (There's a branch near you!), Scottish Gas, the bank ones where they butcher perfectly good music, the ones that were set in a kind of Halifax radio station, the Maltesers ones that aren't funny.. -
Re: Annoying advertsOh, well I have to agree there...(Original post by Greeny442)
