You need to input the subject twice.

Firstly, input your AS as completed writing down all your grades that you have already achieved.
Secondly, add another as for the same subject, but put it down as pending.

Then, you put in your A level as pending for the summer of 2012.

Yes, you put it down the first time with the grades you have already achieved.

The second time, you put it down as "pending".

    It should be like this:

    Chemistry
    Grade: B
    Module 1: B
    Module 2:C

    Chemistry
    Grade: Pending
    Module 1: B
    Module 2: Pending.

(That is assuming that you wouldn't be repeating Module 1)

This is exactly what I did, but my gay college made me change it...
They said for As you only put down the subject you've dropped and for the ones you're carrying to A2 you put it in the GCE advanced level but the actual grade you got.
So I basically have no way of showing what I'm resitting...

I was advised differently. There is also an article on TSR in the FAQs that describes the application the way I mentioned.

I'm not saying that your school's method is incorrect, I just haven't heard of it done like that. Did your head of year advise you that way?

My head of year said it was by ignored him then when I sent it, it got sent back to me and the note was "See Ms.xxx" (she's the person who checks everything on everyone's UCAS) then she made me change it... I still think it's wrong though but can't argue with them :l

I guess that if people in your school have previously made it to uni, it must work. lol
