According to the Muslim social worker on TV, it's because of the amount of arranged marriages in the Muslim Pakistani community.

They cannot go for girls of their own ethnicity because most families there know each other and are connected. They look for young disenfranchised white girls too groom.

Nobody said there aren't rapists/paedophiles of other ethnic backgrounds.

The point of this programme is that there is a specific type of rape gang that is targeting a specific group of people in record numbers and the government and police are failing to address this correctly.

GANG RAPE seems to be quite a Muslim crime in our society.

Gang after gang after gang of Muslim men are convicted of raping (predominantly) white kids every year, sometimes with the odd white guy mixed up somewhere.

- You can't have sex outside marriage in Islam with a Muslim or non-Muslim.
- You can't rape anyone in Islam.
- You can't kidnap someone if you are a Muslim, doing so in the name of Islam is idiotic.
- You obviously can't profiteer from any of these actions either.

Because pakistan men are disproportionately high offenders. 40 out of 46 men convicted in 2010 were pakistani.

It wasn't about islamist rape gangs, it was about pakistani rape gangs. Don't bring religion into this and dreg down the credibility of a otherwise valid thread based on statistics.
