Firmed Lincoln a few weeks back for Biomedical Science, 280 points ( Which I should already have anyway as i'm doing another year of A-levels atm) Really excited, looks like a great Uni, in a nice smallish city/town. Going to be great!I applied for biomed too and got a conditional offer 280 points(Original post by mart356)
its my first choice and im doing biomedical science too! i should be able to get in, they said they accept general studies and points from dropped AS subjects, so wroking it out like that i can get CCEE and still get in, looking forward to it, loved the uni on open day.
phew they accept general studies
really going to help with that 280 points lol
yoy guys applied for the accomadation yet? -

Re: University of Lincoln Applicants 2012hey just wanted to ask what the difference between a studio apartment and a normal one ?(Original post by lozzyhickers)
'Decent' is subjective. You just have to think about what sort of thing you want and then check it out on the threads here or go look at the accom for yourself in person.
its okay i get it now thanks though lol 8)Last edited by daksh; 27-04-2012 at 20:27. -

Re: University of Lincoln Applicants 2012They can't guarentee your place, even if you're only 20points under. Last year they were quite strict, and it seems like they'll be stricter this year. They'll see what they can do but they say it's quite rare that anyone gets in without having met the requirements.(Original post by IvanGray)
Sooo did I woopp! dark "University of Lincoln" wearing that first day.
How flexible do you think they will be on entry grades? -
Re: University of Lincoln Applicants 2012Obviously not! haha I'm just counting down the days till September 17th now. Far too excited for uni!(Original post by charlotteboulton28)
wooo! got a conditional offer of 280 UCAS points to do english!!
firmed it straight after the applicant day and was the 597th person (or something like that) to apply for my accommodation
student village for the win!

obviously not excited about uni! -
Re: University of Lincoln Applicants 2012It will still be dated as the original date you originally applied. ie. March 1st(Original post by Kay-Cooper)
Does anyone know that if you change your accommdation options does your orignal date still stand, i applied on the 1st of March, but if i change some of my options will it change to that i applied in April? -
