isit possible to transfer to a new school for year 13

hey. im at a school which i dont really like, long story but i hate it lol.
i was just wondering is it possible to move to another school to do year 13?
and how would that affect my ucas application and references?
and the fact that some of my exam boards could be different to the schools i may wish to move to as i cannot cope another year at the school im currently at, mentally or economically. thanks
