Re: Lost 72lbs (+ before/after pic).totally agree(Original post by Powerlifter)
I have to say a massive well done, success in this way is its own reward and I am sure that with the dedication you have shown so far and the positive support you can achieve your goals.
Nice to see someone take control of their situation and not gripe and moan about it all.
Well done indeed.
those that say they cant lose weight are annoying, its just a case of finding out the cals you need to eat and exercising -
Re: Lost 75lbs (+ before/after pic).Thank you :-). It is already harder than it was at the beginning, but I will stick with it.(Original post by DScofield)
Good job! Keep going! It will become harder as you become more and more lean but stick at it.
Thank you!(Original post by x.Charlotte)
Such an inspiration!
Oh I've learned a lot about myself. I've learned that I'm a strong person, I can do anything I put my mind to. Most of the things that were "wrong" with me before were in my head. I've also learned that slimmer people have more friends. As stupid as that sounds, people are nicer to you when you're more attractive and comfortable in your own body. I've been shocked with that particular finding, actually. I know I won't relapse. I haven't spoken about my motivation to lose weight in this thread, but it was strong enough to know that I will never go back to being the person I once was.(Original post by Quiet _One86)
How much have you learnt about yourself in the weight loss. What psychological things have you taken from this? What have you made a pact with yourself not to relapse? -
Re: Lost 75lbs (+ before/after pic).I am happy for you Angel. I hope that everything goes well for you as the new and slimmer person. I would keep yourself aware of people, although nice and polite, be sure they are genuine people and don't fall short if things slip - don't want to be too negative for you because it must feel great to lose so much weight and have the motivation and strength to keep it off. As someone who doesn't know me or either of you, I am proud of you and know you're an inspiration. Take care and good luck over Xmas.(Original post by xoxAngel_Kxox)
